The IESE Library has recently contracted throught Bureau van Dijk the Original Documents Module available via Orbis, a global database which has information on the top companies worldwide (public and private). These official business documents and filings complement the company reports in Orbis and are particularly pertinent for compliance and due diligence research.

Take advantage of a variety of resources, which includes:

• Locally filed “scanned images”
• The ability to order copies of official business documents from around the world, through the BvD
partner aRMadillo, for delivery to you, usually within an hour
• PDFs of annual reports
• Links to documents filed at registries

How to access to Orbis - Official Business Documents and Reports?
 
Access campus-wide and off campus, from the Top Databases menu on the Library homepage, clicking on Orbis, or from the Databases page.

Search for the company name, select your company, then click on Original Documents ("Download" section on the right menu).
